Redesigned Website
The new site has arrived, we hope you enjoy it.
We have made several improvements with the redesigned site. Now you’ll have a consistent experience whether you are using your computer, tablet, or mobile device. We’ve also redesigned the Help Center to make those things you are looking for easier to find. We invite you to check out some of the improvements below. We hope you enjoy the new and improved website.

Online Banking Login Step One
Select “Login.”
The login button is still located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, and we’ve made it more evident which online banking system you are logging into (Cherokee Online or Business Plus).

Online Banking Login Step Two
Select “Cherokee Online or Business Plus,” and use the same credentials you’ve always used to login.
- Cherokee Online – the majority of our customers use this system.
- Business Plus – businesses that use ACH or Wires use this system.
If you selected the wrong online banking system, simply click the “Back” link.

Redesigned Help Center
Are you looking for our routing number? How about the number to call if your card is lost or stolen? Or maybe you want to reorder checks. It’s all there in our redesigned Help Center, simply click on the “Help Center” link. When you want to close the Help Center, click on the link again, and it will close.

Redesigned Search Feature
Are you having a hard time finding information on our site? If so, try using the new Search feature by clicking on the image of the orange magnifying glass. To close the Search feature, simply click on the magnifying glass again.

Redesigned Resources Page
Are you looking to start a new business or maybe just want to grow your existing business? How about protecting yourself from fraud? Perhaps you are looking for a specific bank form. Our Resource center has it, click on the “Help Center” link at the top of the screen and select “Resources.”

New Success Stories Page
Over the years, we’ve worked with so many great customers, and our new Success Stories page chronicles those relationships – check it out.
